Every other place either wouldn't do the work or wanted to charge for everything thing the possibly could. Steve and the guys at get-r-done are in it for the customers. They had our van for 3 days but they fixed it and it cost us under $500 to fix a water pump (that's pretty good). They are always busy but make time to get you in and fix your ride!!! Got a ridiculous $1400.00 brake estimate from a service center outside of Drum that failed me for Nys Inspection and charged me for an estimate. Went to Get R Done for a second estimate they replaced my front brake pads so cheap I had my rear ones done too although they said I would not fail inspection for them as they were passable. No estimate fee either. Very honest actually brought me in to see that the rest of my brake components were fine. I will only use them from now on and recomend them to everyone!!!

Did a great job fixing it. and they also matched the price quote I had gotten from a different shop that didn't have the time to repair it in the time frame I had asked for. They are wonderful to deal with. if I have any more issues with any of our cars they will get my business from now on.
